Apply for Housing
To begin the Housing process, please use the link below to log into eRezLife. Please note that eRezLife uses Single Sign-On, meaning that only students accepted to SCC will be able to access the platform. This also means that all communications regarding Housing will be sent to the student’s SCC email address.

Housing Process and Timeline
After January 15, accepted SCC students will need to log into eRezLife using the link above to fill out their Housing application (log in with your SCC username and password). Once applications are submitted, new students who have not lived on campus will need to pay the $150 Housing Application Fee by contacting Student Accounts at 402-437-2669. This fee is non-refundable
After students have applied, they will need to periodically check their SCC email for essential updates from Residence Life, including notifications regarding their potential room selection time frames (if eligible), room/roommate assignments, move-in times, etc.

ASSIGNMENT PRIORITY
Housing assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis after the contract and Housing Application Fee are both received. The time frame in which you submit both of these is crucial to ensure that you have a spot reserved on campus for the upcoming semester. In general, returning students will have priority over incoming students, and students who submit their applications and Housing Application Fee earlier will have priority over later applicants. We will accept contracts up through the beginning of the term, provided space is still available.
